Pet sitter - LAURA G. (User #2529)

I have a bachelor's degree from Hiram College where I majored in Biology and Animal behavior.  While I was there I worked at a Field Station caring for fish, snakes, turtles and small birds for 1 year.  I worked on socializing the birds and snakes to be used in educational programs.  I volunteered at a wildlife rehabilitation center where I fed baby birds and sick and injured birds and mammals.  For the past two years I have volunteered at an animal shelter walking dogs and training some for good canine citizenship, and  happily they were adopted in the process.  I have owned hamster, guinea pig , cockatiel (small bird), and Yorkshire terriers (small dog).
