Hello, my name is Meagan Garcia. I live in Phoenix, Arizona, just moved here from California. I am currently looking to enroll in school to become a veterinary assistant. I grew up surrounded by pets, ranging from dogs and cats, to birds and rabbits. My grandmother taught me to respect animals, she taught me to care for them, and love them. I've always found them so fasinating. They listen, they're fun, they protect you, they can be your best friend...I have cared for not only my own pets at home, but also those of neighbors and friends. My first assignment was 8 years ago, just as a favor to a family memeber, i loved it. Before moving to Arizona I cared for 2 dogs and 4 cats on a regular basis. To care for a pet is a big responsibility, but i understand that we as owners cannot always be there. We have other responsibilities, like work, school, things outside the home that dont always involve our animals. I know its difficult to leave your pet, all you can do is worry till you return home, thats why I believe I would be perfect for you and all of your animals. I will take on the responsibilty of petsitting when you are away so your pet stays healthy, active and always loved.
