How’s THIS for an Aquarium?

We’re all used to those standard, rectangular aquariums — that’s why this crazy, new angular design known as the “Infinity Aquarium” is so eye-catching. It’s a “goldfish freedom simulator” whose design may actually trick goldfish into thinking they are free.

(Are we maybe giving the fish thought process too much credit here?)

The design loops the fish around in an infinite tunnel of water and glass. Says the designer/company, BCXSY, “Hand crafted from cut glass, Infinity Aquarium scales down a vast concept of time and space.”

Aaaand, if you have the patience for it, here is a 7-minute video of fish swimming around in the Infinity Aquarium.

I still do not see how this would work, there are sill corners that the fish even sometimes seem to get stuck in during the video.

but there’s no plants or gravel….. how do you go about cleaning it?? the fish look so lost still. Not sure how I feel about this. =\
